Do you know whst the device is that picks up or detects the radio frequency for the tire pressure monitor system on the left front wheel. Left front does not acknowledge any reading. Doesn't matter which Tire I put on there

Isn't the sensor in the tire.

it's the left front pickup that sends the signal. What should I be looking for? I did replace the brake sensor that goes into the little hole in the hub.

Well the brake sensor isn't going to have anything to do with your TPMS...it's likely you've got a bad TPMS sensor...

Any time you move a tire from one position to another that position has to be relearned. If you don't do the relearn the bcm thinks the tire you removed from that position is still there. Not to be confuse with installing a new TPMS sensor that needs to be programmed. The device the that monitors the tpms is the Body Control Module.
