Lights?

Does anyone know what these are for I'm assuming lights. If so does anyone have a part number or know if my truck is ready for these. I have a 2022 Sierra 1500 Denali carbon pro.

If you're talking about those black plastic body plugs they look like drain ports. When they dip the bodies in rust inhibitor in the factory those holes are there so the access can drain out and then they put those black plastic plugs in there to plug the holes up. Almost every vehicle on the road has them somewhere.

Yeah, they're body plugs that is part of the manufacturing process. There are no accessory lights for underneath the truck from GM. You'd have to custom install something and wire it up.
