Start then immediately dies

Looking for help! This morning I went to start the truck to warm it up, turned over one crank, seemed like dead batteries. I noticed after trying to jump it, the dash was not responsive aside from the glow plug light and dome light. The windows and locks are also INOP. I had almost the same issue about 6 months ago which ended up being the BCM. Today I installed new batteries (old ones were toast) and got a matching part number bcm. After installing I tried to do the 30 minute relearn but the issue now is the security light only stays on for a couple seconds. The truck cranks and fires then immediately dies. I have checked all the related fuses. Please advise
