Bluetooth call issues

I have a 2021 Silverado 1500. I am having a Bluetooth issue. Here is the breakdown:

I have reset everything to factory settings

Removed and re-entered my phoned a couple times, still no luck.

I have an Android Galaxy phone

 

The issue is when I place a call or receive a call and I am done, whether I hang up the call from my phone, or end button on the screen or the other person hangs up, the screen is still showing the call active. If I touch the end call button on the screen, nothing happens. The music returns to playing but the truck is still showing the call is active. The only way to clear this is if I turn off the truck and open the door. After that, everything works fine until the next call comes in. I have tried every I can think of, Googled everything I can but so far have not found anything of this exact nature.

 

Placing calls – works fine

Receiving calls – works fine

Music Bluetooth - works fines

Radio – works fine

My phone is updated to the latest software

This happens when my phone is tethered via USB or wireless.

 

ANY IDEAS???
