Please help I took off from work the other day a little aggressively because a car was coming when I did there was a loud noise then my truck started to shake. I pulled over and the trucks was vibrating I open the hood and the truck engine was shaking. But the engine was running smooth oil pressure was good and the idle was okay on the tack. Could this be a motor mount or something worse?

Probably has a misfire or a lifter took a dump. If the engine is shaking, then it's likely down a cylinder or two throwing the balance off.

Similar issue here..... I ran a few errands, parked it for a while, got in hit the starter, engine started and the whole truck shook violently, engine was running. Shut it off, waited a few seconds and restarted fine, no problem since.........weird.
