6.0L Block Question

I have an 02 6.0L that I want to build and put in my 04 sierra. Other than the cam bearing journals be smaller in the 02 block, is there anything else that is different between the 04 and 02? I plan on using as much electronics from my 04 on the 02 because of the truck being an 04. I just want to make sure everything will switch over to the 02 block if needed.

truck norris cam ( still debating due to the possibility of having to get a new Torque Converter)
