The side mirrors seem to defrost but definitely not the rear window or slider.  Tried to clean electrical tabs for slider window, see if that did something.

Fuse is still good

There was a recall about the rear window defroster connection causing high resistance. Not sure if this is your issue but watch the video  also there's a link to the repair

I found that plastic cover that covers the contacts was melted a little.  Pulled it off and the lower contact tabs (ground?) were dislodged.  Bought the conductive epoxy kit and reattached and still doesn't defrost a thing.  Fuse continuity is good, tested relay with 9v battery as well.

I've got no voltage going to the grid at all.  Continuity of the grid is good

If you read that recall and there's damage as they indicate in the areas they indicate, it probably needs either just the center glass or the entire window replaced.

Give it a read again and inspect all the points they call out for either sliding window or entire sliding window replacement.  MC-10171416-9999.pdf (nhtsa.gov)

According to that document I "should" replace the whole assembly.  I'm off warranty so no thanks

I resoldered the loose lower tabs back on.  I've got 14 volts at the drivers side portion of the window.  Nothing on slider or passenger portion.  There's an electrical connection that connects to that drivers side window (I pulled off pillar panel to see it) but I can't figure for the life of me how that drivers part connects electrically to that middle or pass side.

Funny thing is I have 6 - 8 ohms from slider to drivers side when defroster is off.

Gonna tear open under pass side tomorrow
