My 2016 suburban dashboard turned off while driving for a couple of seconds. When it turned back on a message appeared in the dashboard that said “2 keys programmed” but I only have one key. What can be wrong ?

Bad grounding somewhere.  G218 is a common ground point failure.  Here's the bulletin - temp.xml (nhtsa.gov)

Other issues that are common is bad battery cables.
