I see everyones post on their fuel mileage with their BABY DURAMAX. I have attached a picture of my vehicle reported 450 mile running average. I live in Northern Indiana, so it is cold, my miles have been a combination of city and road. I will say I am pretty pleased with mileage vehicle reported and I would like to report that my actual mileage has been a little better at 25.3 mpg, with the old fashion way, mileage divided by gallons used.

This is the best I've seen with mine. Most of my driving is city now so I don't see much more the mid 20's

I have just under 2500 miles on my 2023 and I haven't had to add any. The My Chevrolet App just says no refill needed.

Def consumption is somewhat elusive, I am thinking about 5 gals of DEF for 6000 miles. The next time I fill up my DEF tank I am going to note my mileage and I am going to track it. I am pretty sure that 5 gals per 6000 miles is pretty close estimate and as of cost I realize you can get DEF at multiple prices at multiple facilities, but I have filled my truck with AC DELCO DEF that I bought from my dealership at $17.00 for a 2 & 1/2 gal jug

I do a tank to tank average. Your dash display appears to be a running average. I fill the tank and note the difference between starting mileage and mileage at fillup. My best highway was 31 mpg. City is typically 23 - 26 MPG. See my attached log. Staying under 75 mph helps big time.

all you guys with the new LZO and bright dash screens. I have a 2020 RST that i average about 28-32mpg. I drive southern California, mostly flat ground. I commute 60 miles one way, and still average those numbers even with the 2.5hour commute home (same 60 miles that only takes 50min in the morning).

My def usage is roughly 2.5 gallons (1 box) every oil change (i change at 5k). It can be better or worse, but since i don't tow, its typically better than expectation. Driving long fully loaded with camping supplies and family i get 26-28mpg and def usage definitely goes up.

here's a pic about 5,000 miles ago, before i had my transmission go out and replaced.

here's one of my favorite pics when i was trying to get better mileage (around pandemic time),  only doing 55mph with cruise control. i was getting close to 40mpg and the range showed this after fill up

Have you replaced the oil pump belt yet?  If so, how much did it cost? Thanks

yes. Because i had transmission issues and needed a new one at 107,000 miles, i had them do the belt. They told me the belt by itself was $4000, but because the trans was already out, it would only be $1400.
