My 2020 Colorado makes a clunking noise in the rear axle which a couple of dealers say is normal. Anyone else having this issue and is there a fix? I was told it is normal but wonder what issues will come later.

Bring this to the dealer.  Rear Axle Clunk Sound – TechLink (gm-techlink.com)

 

Also bring up bulletin 17-NA-394 and 20-NA-156 that are referenced in that link.  

 

If everything measures in spec based on those documents, there is nothing wrong with your truck.
