Hello everyone my 4l60 is giving out on me in my 02 Sierra ext. cab, I do have a freshly built 4l80 on deck ready to go I already have the harness, cross member, flex plate and lines

.. I need to know what to do for the drive shaft and is there anything else that I’m missing?? I am aware that the PCM will need to be tuned after the swap*

The 4L80e is longer than a 4L60e I believe, so you will need to get your driveshaft shortend and make sure you have the correct yoke for it. And the correct torque converter.

 

Past that it should just be a tune for it.
