2023 Sierra elevation wind noise

purchased a 23 elevation 4 months ago, roughly 3500 miles been experiencing a terrible wind noise. i’ve took apart the cowl, removed wipers, seen nothing unusual, figured the dealership is going to tell me they can’t mimick the problem likely.  only happens at 60 mph and more noticeable while windy, its almost like a clicky wind noise… i’ve attached a video to this post via youtube link
