02 sensor problem

Hello... working with 2014 5.3 silverado and had issues with catalytic converter so I replaced. I have a bank 1 sensor two o2 sensor with no data for short fuel trim... I  checked sensor and bought another new one.. same thing... This is driving me crazy... thanks in Advanced.

sensor 2 just checks the efficiency of the cat, what are you getting for voltage readings from that sensor? Is it throwing a code? If so what code?

I went through something similar last year - found a wire out of the loom had rubbed on the frame, needed to splice in a section and cover back up.
