2018 2500hd wt radio issues.

I've found this forum useful with other repairs and I've decided to become a member. I'm experiencing issues with my radio in my truck and I'm wondering if anyone might have any advice. Everything works on the radio except the am/fm tuner. Whenever I select the fm tuner I only recieve silence. Everything else works, door chimes ect. I've been using the Bluetooth option and playing my my phone through the radio however I miss having fm. I have disconnected the power to the radio and also disconnected the battery to no availability. I have been considering just buying a stinger heigh10 however I'm concerned if the sound quality will be less and if I'll lose any features such as onstar ect. Anyone help?
