2014 gmc sierra 1500 rough ideal

Helllo i have a 2014 gmc sierra 1500 5.3 v8 and when its in ideal it shakes real bad and rpm go up and down a lot and tried to die sometimes i’ve pressed the gas to get it not to die then it gets stuck accelerating the engine also shakes real bad and i tried driving it and when i was going about 0-30 mph it was running rough but once i got above 30 it was perfectly fine any suggestions on what to look into? also its giving these codes

Looks like you POSSIBLY have a bad MAP sensor, or a bad connection or the wiring to it.

 

But, a random misfire can be caused by many things - air leaks, bad plugs or ignition component failure, etc.. You need to find out which.
