**2021 Chevy Silverado Completely Dead After Removing Pulsar LT – Troubleshooting Help Needed**

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can provide some insight or guidance. I recently removed the Pulsar LT module from my 2021 Chevy Silverado, and now the truck is completely dead. There’s no power at all—no lights, no response when I turn the key, and no sound from the starter or anything else. It’s like the battery is disconnected, but everything was working fine before the removal.

 

Here’s a rundown of what I did and the symptoms:

1. **Before removal:** The truck was running fine with the Pulsar LT installed.
2. **After removal:** I disconnected the battery and removed the Pulsar LT according to the instructions (disconnected all relevant wiring).
3. **Result:** Now, when I try to start the truck, there’s absolutely no power. No dashboard lights, no noise from the engine, nothing.

**Things I've checked so far:**

- **Battery:** The battery seems fine (checked voltage with a multimeter), and I even tried a jump start just in case.
- **Fuses:** I checked all relevant fuses related to power and starting, and they appear to be intact.
- **Wiring:** I double-checked the wiring where the Pulsar LT was connected, and everything looks good, with no visible damage or loose connections.
- **Ground connections:** I checked ground connections to ensure they're secure.

 

**What I'm wondering:**

- Could there be an issue with the Pulsar LT removal procedure that’s causing the truck to lose power entirely?
- Is there something I missed during the reinstallation (or lack of it) that could lead to a complete power failure?
- Could this be related to the truck’s security system or ECU thinking something is wrong due to the Pulsar LT’s removal?

 

Any advice on troubleshooting steps, things to check, or common issues after removing the Pulsar LT would be greatly appreciated. I’m at a bit of a loss here, and I’d really like to avoid taking it to the dealership if possible.

What happens if'n you reinstall the Pulsar?

Leave battery connected that part of the install/ removal is bullshit, I have had one on and off for 3 years now.

Disconnect the main harness where the Pulsar was installed and double check the connection is secure and be sure that you roll the "wheel"connector as you slide the connectors together until the little red pin will slide into the slot, my gues the connector is not fully seated there is no possibility of the truck being electrically DEAD if these are both fully seated.
