PushToTalk Speaker Muffled Sometimes

Hello all, I have a 2017 Silverado LT Z71. Sometimes the PushToTalk or call button speaker is muffled. This affects the lady who says "Command Please" and phone calls through Bluetooth. Though other Bluetooth things like Spotify work all the time. 

 

I think this is an issue with either the connector to the speaker being corroded or almost broken or the speaker cone being slightly damaged and stuck sometimes. Does anyone know what speaker it is that PushToTalk uses?

As far as I was aware, all the audio comes from stereo and is piped out of all the speakers. At least that's what it sounds like to me. For your input(voice commands and calls), there should be a microphone almost directly above your head in the headliner. It is next to center of your visor.

Thanks Mike. The rest of the audio sounds fine, just voice commands and call are muffled when it's having issues. I'm thinking it just must be the driver's door speaker. I'm going to replace it and see. There's just probably a slight crack in it or such and that's why it works sometimes and other not.
