So I have a 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 and I just recently have replaced all the front end components such as ball joints, upper control, arms, inner and outer tie, rods, etc. And a new master cylinder. Ever since then when I hit a bump or press the brakes, the truck will jerk to the left. It has never done this before. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum! Rack and pinion or Ackerman steering? Pulling when hitting the brakes may be a bad brake hose or caliper. It's possible 1 of the brake hoses got twisted remounting a caliper also. Where it started after you did the work I would double check EVERYTHING in the front end. Did you have it aligned?

It is rack and pinion, but I have not had an alignment yet but it doesn’t jerk the whole time I I’m on the brakes, I will be slowing down then it will jerk then straighten back out
