Infortainment System Turning off every 3 minutes

I have a '21 Silverado 2500.  Just recently, the trucks Infotainment system has been shutting off every 3 minutes.  The audio stops, the screen goes black and in about 15 seconds it turns back on. This happens every 3 minutes. Interestingly, I've also noticed that when the screen blacks out, the turn signal chime turns off.

 

So far, I have:

 

-checked for updates on the infotainment system.

-unhooked battery for 30 min to reset electrical system.

-checked fuses.

 

None of these have changed anything.

 

Could it be a relay?

 

What else could it be?

I had a similar issue with a 2017 1500.  It was some component behind the dash going bad.  Look in the 1500 forums as they have the same infotainment system
