18 Denali seats swap

Hello everyone.  I just bought a set of 18 Denali seats for my 98 k1500.  I really would love to use the heated and cooled function.  I don't care to use any of the original switches or lin bus.  So my question is this.  Can I run 12 volt to the fan leads itself with a switch and perhaps a controller in the circuit?  If not, how about replacing just the fan that runs 12 volt instead of lin bus?

 

Same question for the heating element.  Can I run 12 volt to it with a thermistor?

 

AliExpress sells the fan kit, switches.and controller for cheap but I have my doubts.

 

I have read all the threads here but most are just people looking to stock with all factory switches and plugs.  I just want to make what I have work without taking off the leather which is flawless.  Any help is appreciated.  God bless.
