18' silverado 5.3 rough idle comes and go and shifts rough

Hello all I bought a 1500. 5.3L 151k miles has rebuilt transmission. But I am getting a rough idle that seems to come and go and sometime on highway it's shifts pretty rough.  Also if I merging on to the freeway and give her juice the temp goes up fairly quick

 

I have done tune up new plug new wires. Cleaned throttle body. Cleaned Map sensor. Added mechanic in a bottle to fuel. Also installed new thermostat 

 

I'm so stumped here. Thanks inadvanced.

It is a 2018 Seems like it is misfiring or has tremors at idle. Sometimes it runs smooth and the next light is come to it runs rough
