I’ve had a 2025 Chevy since 9/24 and no issues with calls until February of 2025 with phone calls connecting/disconnecting via wireless CarPlay.

my phone is always in the charging cradle and it all started in February.   On each call, randomly, while on a call the screen will loose the CarPlay icons, and 3-5 seconds later the icons would reappear and the call would be still connected.

So the call never disconnects, however I can’t her the caller, nor the caller can hear me. 
I do not have any issues while streaming CarPlay music or Apple Maps.

there were 2 iPhone updates since the problem started, so this must be something on the GMs end.

 

any ideas?

What happens if you aren't using carplay and just using the built in infotainment system?

Applied the latest iOS 18.4.1.   No resolution yet even though IOS change log mentioned a fix for the phone all issues with certain vehicles.   I thrived removing the phone and pairing it up again.
