4L60E transmission

I have a 4L60E trans mission with code 00LHD how can i find out what year this transmission is and will it bolt up to any 5.3 or 6.0 LS engine

0LHD is C/K GMT-400 chassis pickups 2wd V8 and old Express/Savana 2wd V8.  So I'm gonna lean towards maybe not being a 100% plug and play with an LS?  I "think" they have the same bolt pattern?  But that torque converter is spec'd to older 5.0 and 5.7.
