I placed an order for their Painted Mirror caps for my 04 Silverado for 60$ shipped to my house at 2:30pst yesterday afternoon. I really wasnt expecting the product to ship until sometime next week. Thats been my normal expectation from most places. I get an email this morning that i recieved last night at 8pm saying the part's been shipped 2 day priority thru USPS. I was floored. Most places dont ship out like that, and i just wanted to share my experience with them.

I really recommend them..

They were dropped off today, and it took about 5 minutes to put them on. Its amazing how something so simple can make the truck look so much nicer

do they go over the stockers completely or do you have to take apart the stock mirror and pull the black cap off? I've heard of people trying to do this and breaking the stock clips. Also, pics of how your mirrors look now would be nice.

I was just wondering why someone would pay $135 for escalade handles from sik.com when they can buy them direct from GM for $80?

Your chrome plastic covers come off and you replace them with the painted covers.

If you aren't careful, you can break off the plastic tabs....so be careful

I purchased the entire mirror/caps DL3 Codes from them off of Ebay.

I'm extremely happy with it. Cost 40.00 to have the dealer reprogram the BCM for the folding and puddle light.

Good company to do business with.

After reading how well your experiences where with Street Inspired Kustoms I decided to order the Full Feature Mirror Turn Signal Pair the painted caps and door handles. Placed the order on 10/22/04 at 4 am and promptly received a notice from Paypal that the payment went through. As of 10/28/04 I haven’t heard a thing from SIK. Have they gotten so busy that they can't keep up or what?

2days later, still no response. Anyone have their phone number?

They don't like to reply to their emails. I'd call them and rattle their cage, good luck finding the number.

OK, Don't need their number. They just responded to the e-mail from paypal, I guess they never recieved mine:

Hello, I wanted to email you an update. We have had email problems so we may

not of received an email from you if you sent one. Also I was told that the order will go out this wed.

USPS 2-3 day priority. Sorry for the delay we had a problem with the supplier.

They didn't respond to the e-mail I sent them late Sat on the 3rd day of the 2-3 day shiping they said they would use so I sent them another today and I'll do another tomorrow and so on until they get one. Maybe if I use a tried my yahoo e-mail.

No order yet, but then it's only been 20 days since I ordered and only 10 days since they said they would send it USPS 2-3 day priority. I guess I set my expectations too high.
