Tailgate Drop Button Issue

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue with the Tailgate Drop Button on my Silverado. When I press it to lower the tailgate, sometimes it doesn't respond or doesn't drop all the way down. I have tried cleaning and checking the connection but it still doesn't help.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how do you fix it?
