2024 Silverado LT 1500 Crew with 5.3… are they all supposed to come with composite leaf springs for that configuration?

I’ve been wanting to put a factory 2 inch lift on my truck, have seen the warning on the kit for the  5.3 LTs which seem to point to the fact that they all come with composite leaf springs for that specific configuration. I’ve read that the last leaf is composite of the 3 leafs but I have taken a magnet to all three leafs and they are all definitely steel unless it’s some composite steel hybrid. So do some of these 53 LT’s just come with all steel or am I missing something? I’m just wanting to verify this so I can get the factory lift.

Yes you can lift it. Some trucks come with composite and some come with steel. All 3 T1s i have owned were steel 3 leaf packs. If you took a magnet to the leafs and they are magnetic then your leafs are steel. I believe the composites are a mono leaf.
