Good Morning Folk! Looking for some assistance on this one and if anyone else has encountered this issue and what the resolution was.

I have a 2020 GMC Sierra SLT. The key fob is working intermittently. The remote start still functions, but there are times when i get into the truck and push the start button the truck will not fully start. During these instances, a “Key Fob Not Detected” appears on the dash screen. Which 10-30 minutes later i  get "Reprogram key fob" which then prompts me to put in the console cup holder. I have checked the battery in my truck, replaced the batteries in both key fobs and still occurs

Now the solutions that I have found is if I take the positive side battery cable off, let it sit for 10 seconds then hook it back up the truck starts right up.

I have called the dealership and they basically have said there is nothing they can do if they cannot see it happen to diagnose. The issue is so inconsistent but recurring (probably happened 4 times in the last 6 months.)

Anyone encountered the same?????
