There was a stupid movie on ABC tonight!! It was called "Escape from LA" or something like that!

Anyway the plot is...

The president of the U.S. decides that he hates LA, so he removes it from the rest of the U.S. and it becomes an island for those who are considered not to be fit for society. Fast forward to 2013... our main character is a redneck (he has a mullet!) who has just been arrested for "gun fighting" but, the gov't decides to use him to take out a terrorist on the island of LA, as an incentive they put a placibo (redneck thinks its real) virus into him that the gov't says will kill him unless he does what they say. While in the detaining area one of the gov't people calls him by his real name, the redneck replies in a monotone gutteral voice with lots of stange snorting noises: "call me snake". I was cracking at that point! Ok, anyway he gets to LA blah blah blah blah, it gets pretty dull there. Fast forward to the end, he has gotten this thing that can shut down technology that the gov't sent him to get (the terrorist guy had it). He (the redneck) then decides to shut down all technology. Then he stares at some fire. LOL. I only touched the top of the iceberg, this movie was PURE CRAP!! How it got a primetime slot on ABC i still have yet to figure out...

Yeah... The redneck is Kurt Russell (Snake Plissken) and this sequel is almost as bad as the original, "Escape from New York". Oh... and Paco... here's that avatar you requested:

I saw escape from LA before, and thought it sucked. Then I saw the original "Escape from new york" and realized that the 2nd one didn't even compare in the suckiness of the first one. The plot runs so thin, and the action is very weak.
