2011 sierra 1500 denali
Clunking noise when I hit small bumps or pot holes. All front end suspension components are new. UCAs, LCAs, Sway bar bushings and endings, hub assembly and coil overs are all new. I've also swapped the front coil overs to the other side and the problem is still isolated on the passenger side.

You're going to have to pull the wheels and go over everything with a torque wrench.  If AWD, did you change the CV Axles?
