jtdenali Posted August 24, 2025 Posted August 24, 2025 2011 sierra 1500 denali Clunking noise when I hit small bumps or pot holes. All front end suspension components are new. UCAs, LCAs, Sway bar bushings and endings, hub assembly and coil overs are all new. I've also swapped the front coil overs to the other side and the problem is still isolated on the passenger side. https://youtube.com/shorts/Hiu4YKJhlHI?si=62NFuE1xKtAa3S7N https://youtube.com/shorts/uaZVjD7VGBE?si=WeDK6CTr4p5XePT0 1
swathdiver Posted August 24, 2025 Posted August 24, 2025 You're going to have to pull the wheels and go over everything with a torque wrench. If AWD, did you change the CV Axles?
jtdenali Posted September 4, 2025 Author Posted September 4, 2025 Solved it. A hard plastic piece was overlapped and pressing down on the bumper. The potholes caused the piece to shift and pop. 1
