I had my battery unplugged for a few hours while i changed out the Radiator. Ever since then, the driver side vent blows cold air, while the pass side blows hot.

I can change the temp of the aire blowing out of the pass side but not the driver side. I know the older trucks had a relearn procedure for the Actuators but I can find anything for the T1's

Method below.  If it doesn't work, I'd say the actuator failed.

Alternate Method (without Scan Tool)

Note: Do not operate any HVAC controls while the HVAC control module is calibrating as this may interrupt the process. If interrupted, improper HVAC performance will result.

  1. Ignition OFF/ Vehicle OFF.
  2. Remove the HVAC control module fuse for a minimum of 10 s.
  3. Install the HVAC control module fuse.
  4. Start the vehicle.
  5. Wait 40 s for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.

Its very possible that I did turn the heat all the way up right after i started it up after replacing the radiator. Hoping thats what the issue is.
