Hear a sloshing noise in the passenger side dash, water doesn't seem to be draining from the AC.  Can't find the drain! Seems like it may be clogged. Anyone know where the evaporator drains out in the front? Thanks!

Every once in a while, I hear a sloshing sound but it doesn't seem to be a problem otherwise.

Seen guys do it carefully with a thin wire coat hanger.

Check the coolant level in the overflow bottle. It is on the passenger side. If it is low, there might be air in the cooling system, heater core, and making sound.
