P2002

So my 2023 Sierra 3.0 CEL came on. I took it to O'Reilly's for an ODB2 check. Came up P2002. I found out the CEL was a result of the recent over the air software update. GM released a TSB on resetting the CEL and clearing the code.

  Can you see airbag module data? If you can, buckle the belt and see if the data set shows that the belt is buckled. If its showing that it is not buckled on the data but its physically buckled, then it probably needs the buckle.

  I scanned it with my FoxWell NT 630+, which is supposed to be able to catch seat belt warnings, and got nothing.

  Seat belts don't work without the seat. Don't ask me how I know
