GT4 pushed back AGAIN

another 5 months.......what is wrong with these guys?

I bet a programmer forgot to save for 4 months than they turned his computer off.....

GT5 will probably come out sooner

better? even Xbox guys admit that nothing compares to GT4 graphically on concoles.....they already had the dynamic's down.....what's left?

That's nothing Halo 2 was supposed to launch last year and has been pushed back at least two or three times already. I think its now scheduled for a late '04 launch...

I just read in the latest PSM that Polyphony is tightening up the computer AI so that we're not racing against a bunch of mindless drones, and tweaking the graphics, sound, and control even more. They also said that they're trying to rework all of the crowds in the game to be fully 3D.

I've been waiting for doom 3 for about a year and a half now.....no one knows when the heck its coming out....the rumor is their going to wait until HL 2 comes out, so they can compete

I wouldn't mind waiting longer for that one if they actually code it right for the PC. It just runs real slow on my PC when every other game out there will run flawlessly (halo I, not halo II).

It's a great game though, and awesome play, can't wait for some more alien shooting action.

last year? big deal! GT4's initial release date was aroud the time Halo 1 was RELEASED!

No, they pay EXTEMELY close attention to detail. I read an article in C&D, I think, that said they take 10,000 pics of each track before they re-create it.

Exactly. It sounds to me like they're trying extremely hard to get this game as close to perfect as they can with the current hardware. I think the extra wait will be worth it.
