96 Silverado Dash Removal

hey...i just got my US Speedo Stainless gauge overlays and was wondering how do i remove the dash...i see theres 3 screw on the top by the defrost, where else are the screw to remove the dash? and is it a pain to put it back on?

ANY help is appreciated...i plan on working on it this weekend.

  I recently bought my Silverado and realized that the bottom part of the Bumper was missing. Does anyone have part numbers the full thing or an aftermarket one that won't break the bank?
