Help! My computer got a parasite virus!

I went away for a week, and when I returned and got on my computer, I started cruising the internet, and all of a sudden new browser windows start opening up with sex websites on them. I close them but then they keep coming back a few minutes later, abd they are the same four sites that keep coming up. I have run Norton Anti-virus and Spyhunter severle times, but they are still there. Obviously, I get a parasite. But how do I get rid of them?
