Service 4WD soon light???

I have a 03 duramax 2500 HD crew cab, it has 6 inch superlift with 35's. my service 4wd soon light came on today twice. i shut the truck off the first time and restrted it and it went away, but it came back on when i pulled in the driveway tonight.

 

is this some bogus light to make you come get service, like an oil change light?

 

 

anyone got any advice?

Join the crowd..Mine did it yesterday...also, mine was reluctant to switch into 4wd hi (electric pushbutton switching)..Appears its pretty common..the push button switch is probably bad..check in the light duty truck forum, thread is going on right now about this problem..good luck..
