from what I hear, debt will never leave you, once you get in deep. Have fun the next 15 years!!!!! LOL

congrats on the new car!!!1 Hope you enjoy it!

I was looking at M3's on the internet yesterday, but then thought "nope, I'm not gonna do that, I'm gonna wait until I have it($$$) in my hand"

It's gonna be hard once I've saved up 20K or so for college not to go blow it on a Z71 or M3.

For my age it's really not the wisest decision I could make I know. My payment are well within what I can afford per month. I will probably pay it off early.

Looks like the dealership I work at could possibly be sending me to school for free after I graduate higha school anyway.

That's a hell of an upgrade. Congrats.  :bs:

I don't think it can replace the WS6 though. It just had that first car fealing that I sadley don't have with this one. I still love it though.

Just wish I still had my WS6

Edit: What an ass I am, forgot to even say thank you. :D

Hey SnakeEyes! I thought about an M3, but I figured I couldn't afford one. Really nice cars, but I'm a little too hick for one I think. I'de get pretty weird looks pulling up in an M3 and getting out wearing boots and shorts  oh yeah, I'm going to get weird looks doing that regardless :bs: .

I'm going to have to get some pics of all three of the Pontiacs side by side w/ the 13 second 4 door in the middle of the black TA's.

BTW: I can't sleep

I had a first car, but I found out it didn't like trying to plow down light poles :D

Once again, congrats!

OMFG, this whole topic just reminded me of a story you'll find funnier than s**t

There's this kid at my school, going to be a jr., used to be the biggest loser in the world (yeah, bigger than me, and thats pretty d**n bad), he got like an 88? T/A firebird w/e the phuck it is, havent looked too close. I was out and about one day in the 00, saw him in front of my friends party, telling all these kids "yeah, it's got an L"z"1 big block motor, the Flows give it like 20 hp, I've got 18" rims,......" he went on and on.

I asked him where he found an L"z"1 motor, he said it was a special item that yr. HMMMMM, why does the badging on youjr car say (dont member eactly what motor) 2.8 ltr???!?!?!?! HAHAHA

ANYONE who knows remotely anything about cars can tell that it's a weak ass 6 when he starts it up, I mean CMON!!!!!

He started in on how he could waste me since I'm driving a truck.....heh...

I didn't even need to race. One powerbreak took care of his s**tfull mouth for the rest of the year :flag::fume::puke::lol::bs:

Dolan, that reminds me. I have a flowmaster for f-bods sitting in around. I'm wondering if I should get it put on. I really hate flowmaster, but they do sound pretty good. Stock exhaust is just

I can't remember exactly what V6 those cars came with, I just remember something about my old neighbor's Camaro being a 2.? V6

If my info is correct, the early/mid 80's Camaro's and Firebird's had the 2.8L V6 @125hp. Not exactly a powerhouse motor, but it was a hell of a lot better than the "Iron Duke" 2.5L Inline-4 @90hp.

I'm thinking that his was the Base model with some aftermarket items on it. There was no special year for the Firebirds in '88, but a year later they came out with the Turbo T/A with the Buick 3.8 V6 @250hp. Also, the biggest engine you could get that year (1988) was the 5.7 liter TPI V8 @210 bhp. I'm pretty sure that's a smallblock.

depneds on what M3 you would want, the 01-up are running 34K or more, the 95-99 down are running from 14-29K, depending on year milages, condition,m maintain. You could find a 95 for 24K, or a 99 for 18K. Maintaince is a completely different issue, 95-99 M3's have a LOT of expensive mechanic quirks, being a race built engine and all. Oil pump bolts and come off, sperating the pump from the engine and blowing it, rear floor failures if tracked or driven very hard, engine parts are very pricey. opnce of the reasons I keep my e30 Bimmer, the 84-91 3 series, is one of the best all around cars BMW EVER made(as said by some BMW technicians), period. mechanically, overall car balance, performacne, etc.

Get us pics man!!!!!!!
