Well... yesterday I received my front end upgrade kitl.  I was supposed to wait until saturday to change but couldn't.  Anyways, what a difference!  I left my D-camera at work, but will probably go in tomorrow to get so I can post some before and afters.

It took me about 3 hours.  I though that the pigtales provided would plug into my old light plugs to the new style light plugs.  No no no... they had to be hard wired!  No diagram or anything.  They leave that part up to you to figure out.  Anyway, simple to figure on DC electrical, but some lesser experienced may have trouble.  The kit was expensive, but I love the way the truck now looks.  I did however have to have JBM accessories send me a new grille today.  The one they sent me was an aftermarket wasn't worth a ****.  BAD mold!  For now, it still looks MUCH better than the "work truck" style grille.

Chris.

As soon as I figure out how to add the link, you guys will be able to see my progress.

Here you go Chris.  http://www.picturetrail.com/gallery/view?p...uid=167535&

To be able to post a link, you have to put [ url ] then your link address, then [ /url ]   Make sure you have no spaces in any of that line.  It's the same thing for posting a picture, except you use img instead of url, but I don't think picture trail will let you post pics from their site.  Once you get the link figured out, you can add it to your signature and it will show up every time you make a post.

That is a huge transformation.  That really looks good.  I like the SS350's too

txtruck,

The next (and hopefully last) appearence mod will be a cowl induction hood.  I want a steel one.  Unfortunately, after my experience with after-market grilles, I'm a little weary about the hood.  Will see what they send me!

Looks good, sounds like you're having a lot of fun.  Somehow I doubt you're close to being done though.  I mean, are we really ever done?
