Exhaust Tips

Ok someone suggested i get an exhaust tip to make the factory exhaust look better.

What exactly do they do and what would you suggest?   I found this website

I suggest only getting tips if you get duals (cat back in your case so you don't void those warrenty's(SP!)).  But thats just my personal preference

Borla has some really nice tips to choose from.  The prices on their site are high, and the tips can be bought alot cheaper at some internet/aftermarket sites.

If I was to put one on my truck I would measure and cut-off a little bit of the stock exhaust and then weld it on.

Pay out the extra money now and get stainless steel.  Sure beats replacing the chrome plated steel ones down the road.

Also fairly new on the market are tips made by Bullet Performance Exhaust.  They are on the web.
