Looks like somebody got their panties in a wad over a bad deal. Probably a stupid purchaser. I've used 4WheelParts for a ton of things and had no issues.

Sure is, but I have heard of countless horror stories about 4WP FWIW.

I know this is a very old post but I thought I would share my poor customer service experience from 4wheelparts. Ok so last july 7th I ordered 8 atv tires from them at the Blommsburg truck jamboree. The price was great and free shipping. I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. 4 weeks go by, still no tires. I make a phone call and inquire where they are, I'm quoted they are on back order, another 2-3 weeks. I agree to that, stated I can wait. 4 weeks later still no tires. Call again, I'm told they are on a ship stuck in customs...WTF is that....another 2 week wait.... By now it is mid september and I'm upset. After numerous unanswered emails and several calls to customer service, I'm at my ends...finally I get really mad at the person at the on the phone and demand to speak to someone up the ladder. I get put on hold and several minutes later, a guy gets on and gives me a phone # with an extention, and says to call this #. NO answer...now I'm really MAD. I leave several messages and talk to customer service for the 5th time. At this point I'm like, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, just refund my money! Finally 3 days later I get a call, This guy actually listens to me...unbelivable...he apolagizes, but by then the damage is done. He tells me that they can not get my tires as there is a national shortage/backorder on them and he will cut me a check and overnight it. 4 days later still no check..call customer service yet again...they have no clue as to what I'm talking about....ready to explode...finally it is mid october and I get an email stating a refund has posted to the credit card used for original purchase...about time! Funny thing is a quick check of several other supliers of said atv tire resulted in plenty available for purchase. Long story summary, I will NEVER again deal with 4wheelparts! They suck! Sorry for the ramble.
