1995 TBI for a 5.7L

I'm having a very hard time finding a TBI for my dad's '95 5.7L. Seems like I can only find them up to around '91, then again in '96. We had to take the truck into a shop to get it diagnosed since we couldn't figure out what would fix the code 44 our scanner read. The shop said the TBI needs to be replaced, more than just the injectors. Appreciate any help. I'd like to get something like a Holley, Edelbrock, etc., but I have to find it first! Thanks, Chris

I have one I just pulled off of a running engine. A 95 5.7L.

I put the engine in my friend's 95 and we used his original injection.

Complete throttle body with injectors, IAC and TPS $50 plus shipping.

PM me and let me know. I was about to put it on eBay.

Find out what is causing the code first. Clean and re-oil the IAC, check the TPS voltage, watch the spray pattern of the fuel to make sure it is a nice conical shape. Look at the diaphram in the regulator to make sure it is not busted or cracked. Thes rest of the unit is just a casting and shouldn't need to be replaced. You can also use the TBI units off of camaros and firebirds with the LO3. There are IAC differences but a little wiring will fix that.

Already replaced everything with the fuel delivery except the entire TB. Our Scanner just gave a code 44, Lean condition, so it's not getting fuel. Everything has either been replaced or checked and is running correctly except for the TB. Thanks though, hopefully 99's TBI will fix everything  . Chris
