Tractor Pull

My son and I went to one of the local tractor pulls this weekend. They had some pretty hard hitting trucks pulling there. There was defiantly a lot of money invested in some of the trucks. I was somewhat, not totally since I'm a die hard Chevy fan, surprised to see the stock 1500 and 2500 series Chevy’s out pulling the HD F250's. One guy had a totally stock 2003 2500 with mud tires that pretty much dominated all the Fords in the same class. He pulled 326 feet were the best F250 was in the low 290's. I don't think any of the stock street class Fords broke the 300 foot mark. I guess the bigger and wider tires on the F250's were hurting there pulls. They had a couple Fords in the modified class that were pretty tight and had good pulls. Overall Chevy’s defiantly dominated the track.
