I live near Poway. There is a Costco that just opened near me that sells gas. They are usually the cheapest by about 10 cents and that is where I fill up. I use about a 1/4 tank a day to and from work, so I am there a lot!

Oh well, the price we pay for paradise, by the way the coldest it gets here is about 65*f and the hottest 93*f

Dang, it cost me more than that to fill up one time (2.33 gal yesterday). I figure I am near 400.00 a month just in gas bill (just so I can go to work and back no less...smashfreak.gif)

I'm expecting my first $50 fill-up soon. I'll have to ease my sorrows with an extra Krispy Kreme that morning. Doh, but that will lower my mileage due to the extra payload.

Up here in Canada it comes out to $3.80 a gallon CDN or $3.20 USD. I have the big tank on my Sub, cost about $135 to fill when I'm almost empty. Thank god I have a car to go to work with 70+ miles a day for a round trip.

what kind of average gas mileage do you get with that 6 inch lift

and did you regear the axles?

I installed a superchips tune to change the shift points and calibarat the spedo. That made a huge difference in both MPG and performance. I drive about 80 to 85 miles a day to work and back and I actually get a little better mileage after the lift and the programmer. I often wonder what I would have gotten if I installed the programmer before the lift. Prior to the lift I used a quarter tank a day (so I would have to fill up every 4th day when I got home). I now can make an extra half trip. I can drive to work on the 5th day and fill up near work. So, with a 26 gallon tank, I now get an extra 40 or so miles then before (roughly 2 mpg more or so). I get a between 12 and 13 now.
