1-2 shift after Transgo

I recently installed a Transgo shift kit and Corvette servo and I'm not sure if it is acting correctly. I had Lyndon remove the TM and the shift is a little jerkier then I thought it would be. I used no washers and drilled the holes to what the instructions called for. I have a small video to show what I'm talking about. Is it possible that the jerk is because the RPMs are dropping below my powerband after the shift? You'll have to excuse me on the unsteady hand and the rain in the video. If anyone can tell if this is working properly I would greatly appreciate it.

1-2 shift

You will notice a very quick 1-2 shift with the Transgo - sort of snaps you head - that is normal - it is actually occurring at all shift points, just more evident at the 1-2.

I was concerned with this on my 8.1L with SC - asked the transmission guru to check it out and he said it was just right, a little surprised that it wasn't quicker on the 3-4 shift as he was barreling down his 'test' stretch of county road
