paint color

hey guys just wondering how many of you guys have seen the new sunset orange metallic paint on the 2001 silverado trucks. man is that one sweet looking color local dealer has one here in ny. its a 2001 extended cab with the 4 doors z71 5.3 liter sticker price is ?,500 its on sale for ?,500 right now my parents are looking at it since the lease on there blazer is up june 3rd i hope they get it if not it will diffenently be a silverado.

I've seen a few of them the other night at the dealer where my parents live. I like it. It looked kind of like a bronze color to me. It may have been because it was at dusk/night.

I think its one HOT color!! Very rare. (Or at least where i live)

All I can say is "I love it." When it first came out, I thought it might be too gawdy for a big truck, but after the other day I love it. I saw a Silverado 2500HD crew cab, Duramax, 4x4 at a parts store the other day that was Sunset Orange. It looked great.

Tom, you really need to see the color in bright sunsine to really appreciate it. I saw several at night, but it doesn't do the color justice.

So can you tell I like this color? :biggrin:
