Power window laboring to close

Hey - the passenger side power window in my 2000 Silverado does not go up at the normal rate anymore - it seems to "labor" and nearly stops on the way up. Is the motor going out - what to check?

Get some silicone spray, put it on a thin cloth, wipe out all window channels, anywhere the window touches, use a screw driver with the cloth to really get in deep, spray a little into the area inside the door panel. This worked for me and for others. Give it a little time to get worked in.
