New Nerf Bar Pictures

Well I finally got the brackets last Monday. Got a chance to put them on today. Very easy install took about an hr and a half (it was cold so that slowed me down a bit). The bars are the lifetime westins (oval bars)

Feel pretty rigid? I just noticed it doesn't appear that there's any support on the backside of the rear pad.

yea I was leary of that but they are solid. I stood on every inch of it and it didnt budge a bit. I am about 190lbs myself

Do they mount to the frame/body mounts, or to the body or pinch weld? Any drilling required?

 

I'm trying to find a set that mounts to the body instead of the frame, so the nerf bars don't sit so low on my body-lifted truck. Otherwise, I will modify the brackets.

Man, if you think that's dirty...You would have convulsions if you saw mine right now. It's rained for a month solid, and I havn't even tried to wash it.
