Idle adjustment on 1997 5.7 Vortec

Hi.

 

I need to increase my idle on my '97 Suburban.

 

I just installed a Hi-Output alternator which does not perform well at idle.

To top it off, it is already equipped with an overdrive pulley.

 

Does anyone know how to do this?

Might try adjusting the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) on the side of the throttle body. You can typically loosen the screws and tweek it a little.
