DISABLING DRL's

Just wondering how to disable my 94 SilveradoDaytime running lights.

 

Any input would be appriciated.

Set the parking brake and they should go out. If they do, locate the switch and figure out how to wire a switch into the line to disable your DRLs.

 

When that car doesn't see you and pulls out in front of you hang on, because you're in for a ride!

remove the drl fuse

Fuse #15 in fuse panel on drivers side of dash.

Leave them on, they are not hurting anything.

Why do so many people want to disable their DRL's?? You don't even know that they're on when you're driving...

My thought exactly. I used to set the parking brake when I was a PI to turn them off when it was cold or raining and I was running the truck. If you touch it lightly, it will not hurt anything to drive that way.
