torsion bars

i've heard alot about getting a slight lift to fit 285 tires by adjusting the torsion bars. anyone have pics of the torsion bars themselves and how-to instructions?

Here you go:  Torsion bar lift

 

In the pic, the torsion bar is the bar with the yellow sticker on it, on the right hand side of the pic.  The key is the rusty looking part in the upper/middle part of the pic, and the green arrow is pointing to the adjuster bolt, just inside the cross member or brace or what ever it is. LOL
